Due to our continued growth we have created the brand new role of Administrative Sales Support.

This is a very exciting new position and will be an extremely satisfying and rewarding role for the right person.  The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of the role including tenders, plans, council and design guidelines.

Role of Administrative Sales Support

Responsible for tender documentation for sales staff
Ensuring changes from clients are reflected in plans and tenders
Working with Estimators, Drafting and Planners on behalf of sales
Assisting sales staff organize their schedules
Other administrative tasks as required

We Are Looking For An Applicant Who..

Has strong organizational skills and can work to a strict deadline.
Has fine attention to detail
Is experienced and compentent with MS Office – particularly Excel and Outlook
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Can think outside the square
Loves to learn – there is a lot to learn in this role
Have energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude

This particular position will be supporting our top 2 Sales Executives.  Both of them are highly driven and dedicated professionals and the successful applicant will learn a great deal and receive a lot of satisfaction working with these Sales Executives.
