Within this role you will be apart of a team where you will be passionate in delivering customer service and have a drive for results ensuring the customers needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. You will communicate with customers in a variety of means using your written and verbal communication skills. The call centre operates 24 hour a day, 7 days a week and the candidate would need to be available to work 7.5 hours per day.

We are proactively seeking Administrators for upcoming short term, long term and ongoing contracts in and around Adelaide. You will work within Government where you will contribute to the delivery of projects in a client focused environment.
You will have a background within a customer service role dealing with a high number of inbound or outbound calls. You will also have the following:
