Home Finance Managers are key sellers with a primary focus on acquiring and retaining customers in their local market with home lending needs. They provide a broad range of financial solutions across transaction accounts, term deposits, credit cards (business & consumer), personal loans, broker sign-ups, BT super for life and mortgage insurance.

Job Requirements

The role
As the Home Finance Manager, you play a key role in Westpac’s strategic ambition of earning all our customers’ business. Your role will be based within one of our branches in either Perth CBD or the Southern Suburbs. You’ll be driven by innovation as well as the following:
  • Accountability for building relationships and delivering superior service through your knowledge of mortgage products and services
  • Selling Westpac’s financial products and providing professional financial advice by meeting with customers and deepening customer relationships through quality needs based conversations, exploring customers financial needs and goals
  • Understanding the local consumer market (at every available opportunity, talk to local referral partners, and understand their customer base. Build business acumen and provide advice based on individual customer needs identified and met
The person
  • Proven lending experience and passion for sales delivery
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Customer centric
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service whilst maintaining a focus on the financial requirements of your role
