Client Details

My client delivers technical excellence to manage complex issues for their global clients. They provide value throughout the asset lifecycle in property infrastructure, energy, transport and resource sectors.


  • Take ownership of regions issues, escalating issues when necessary
  • Install organisations standard operating environment hardware
  • Manage user accounts
  • Resolve technical issues for desktop and shared IT services, software, server and server room hardware (printers, communication technologies, network devices & systems)
  • Manage anti-spyware, anti-virus, anti-SPAM initiatives
  • Identify risks/issues within the business and contribute to continual system, security and process improvements
  • On-board IT services to new staff
  • Support local and remote based internal clients
  • Maintain documentation relating to requests for support, cause of issue, FAQs and research conducted to close tickets


  • ITIL certification
  • tertiary qualifications/IT discipline related field
  • Technical certifications/other industry recognised technical certifications
  • Previous experience in global IT service desk environment
  • Experience in global service desk environment
  • Experience in windows Server, windows XP, 7 and internet technologies
  • Active Directory experience
  • Microsoft Office suit experience
  • high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Hybrid O365 experience
  • Self motivated, thriving in a team environment
  • Protect confidential information and intellectual property
