A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated Helpdesk Support Officer to join an excellent organisation based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
Our client is an established company within the legal industry. Due to growth of their business they are looking for a motivated individual to join their IT Team and provide excellent Helpdesk Support.
Reporting to the IT Manager you will be responsible for:
Providing excellent help desk service to end-users via email, over phone and face to face
Being the first level of contact for IT related issues
Setting up printers, faxes, scanners, smartphones, PC's and laptops
Software and hardware installations, troubleshooting, configuration and migration
Accurate and complete documentation of processes
As the successful applicant you will ideally possess:
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Strong experience in a similar role within the legal industry
An ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar is desired
ITIL and Microsoft certification are preferred
