My client is currently looking for an all rounder Technical support candidate, who has understanding of networking as well as of the business as a whole.
Our client is a big entertainment company which is based in a convenient location to get to by public transport.
Utilise appropriate tools and methods to address user support queries and return user’s ICT systems and networks to optimum efficiency
Manage set-up activities for a ICT devices and systems and monitor their performance to limit or prevent loss of service to end users
Create and maintain support documentation to assist others in restoring services and reduce the impact of unplanned outages
Balance competing demands to ensure customer Service Level Agreements are met
Develop and maintain knowledge and technical capability across diverse and dynamic hardware, technologies, platforms and applications
The ideal candidate will be quality focused and good management skills. Processes will need to be followed accordingly and any experience in large network and device management would be a bonus.
