A highly customer focused role, the successful individual will be responsible in providing IT technical support, by remote and/or on site means, to the end user/customer community. This includes first and second level technical support of Desktop Services, Network and Routing Infrastructure.
This is an investment holding company principally engaged in the commodity trading business and natural source investment business.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of local and regional IT infrastructure
Identify, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues, incidents and service requests within specified agreed SLA time frames
Mange customer expectations with regular and effective communication and updates
Through the use of Service Now, ensure correct operational and change management processes/procedures are adhered to at all times.
Provide customer induction and training
Technical certification/diploma in relevant IT disciplines
Experience with Microsoft and Apple technology
Certifications in MCP. CCNA, ITIL
Ability to analyse issues/data and provide solutions
Excellent communication skills
Strong process and technical knowledge
Ability to work alone without supervision
