Description
Perform support/configuration functions to maintain network infrastructure, monitor and tune performance of internal wired/wireless networks, VPN, perimeter routers and firewalls.
Backup all systems successfully
Resolve/support corporate applications and assist user connectivity
Assist in maintenance of office machines
User account management
Provide 2nd level user work station support
Profile
Professional qualification/certification
ITIL framework experience
Mac OS/ Windows experience
2+ yr's experience in Linux (certification preff.)
2+ yr's experience in AWS (certification preff.)
Firewall management, IDS, IPS experience
Hands on experience with MS directory Services
Experience in SQL databases, PostgreSQL preff.
Experience in Apache, Tomcat
Scripting skills (Python and Bash)
