A leading Asset Manager has successfully implemented their new COUPA AP system over the last 12 months. As they embark on a new year they are now looking to fully utilise this technology to improve internal and external stakeholders in their business.
Working across the business you will use your AP knowledge and system implementation skills to streamline this procure to pay system. Through process mapping and developing best practice with suppliers you will tailor the COUPA system to meet the business needs.
This is dynamic role for someone to step up from owning a AP process that has ambitions of having a more commercial influence within a business. This would also suit someone that has developed key skills in system implementation that is looking for a more exposed role and add a major blue chip to their cv and successful project work.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the AP process and workflow having worked in this area previously or managed teams and been responsible for the outcomes.
In addition to this past project implementation experience is a must and an appreciation of the challenges of introducing a new system to an existing organisation. People skills and time management will underscore the successful candidate in being able to make improvements and communicate to stakeholders along the way
