The purpose of this role is to be the primary Technical and Helpdesk support for the Company's Infrastructure, Communications &; Technology systems, working in conjunction with ICT Manager, ICT staff and external vendors/Consultants.

Description
The successful candidate will be based at ANZ Stadium and join the team who ensure quality ICT services are delivered to all stakeholders including customers, hirers, event partners, contractors, tenants, media, broadcasters and staff on both Event &; Non Event days.
This role comprises responsibility/support for the following key functions:
ICT Helpdesk: You will be expected to run the helpdesk and be the first point of contact and all ICT Helpdesk issues. The attitude needs to be positive and to be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate that is committed to providing highly responsive customer service and issues resolution.
ICT Systems Administration: With this role, you will ensure the support operations of the ICT Department, which means ensuring that all requirements and support issues are met. Demonstrated experience with a range of business system is required, including but not linked to MS Server. Server Virtualisation, MS Exchange, Group Policy, Active Directory and Federation, Office 365 and other Cloud technologies including MS Azure platform, Atlassian Suite of products (JIRA Service Desk, Confluence), IP/other telephony, and hi-density Wifi. This challenging role is for a broad ICT support specialist ready to join a team whose mindset is continuous improvement, and going above and beyond to ensure all ICT services are delivered to the highest standards.
Point of Sale: Experience with large scale point of sale systems and hardware is desirable.
Profile
My client's expectation is to secure a candidate with a great energy and a contemporary ICT perspective, who can demonstrate a proactive approach with stakeholders and a great customer service focus. Ideally, the successful candidate will have some management experience (planning and organisation) and strong people management and communications skills. A preparedness to 'dive-in' and be hands-on and able to troubleshoot and address issues that arise on an event day is a must, as well as experience managing a responsive helpdesk environment. To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent presentation skills and be improvement focused, with a preparedness to go above and beyond the standard job description when required.
