Maintain daily team operations. Help adopt and drive initiatives into the local team.
Ensure mentoring is carried out for junior resources and provide assistance with hiring of resources. Provide input to annual performance reviews of all team members
Hold regular meetings with senior management providing: updates on the team and performance; updates on any product changes; feedback on any issues and escalation within the team
Measure and manage customer satisfaction with regard to responsiveness and quoting accuracy
Utilizing in-depth knowledge of Sales Engineer Analyst functions, recommend and implement innovative approaches to driving efficiency and process improvement
Deliver all services to the field and Quality measurements. Ensure requests are responded to within SLAs and that the team is meeting a high level of accuracy
Develop robust forecasts and variance analysis for production planning and shift schedules, leave management, training, break management
