The Role:

Reporting to the Help Centre Manager you will be responsible for making outbound calls to expired, inactive and grace period members in order to grow and promote the membership base. You will also be responsible for providing a high level of quality service on inbound calls whilst cross selling and upselling services.

Responsibilities:

Make warm sales calls to increase and retain memberships
Discuss payment terms for memberships
Promote and cross sell fundraising opportunities
Gather information and record it in Salesforce
Handle inbound calls from consumers and health professionals

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience doing outbound calls and warm sales in a call centre environment
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Customer service experience
