About the role

We are looking for a highly energetic individual to join the ServiceRocket team in Sydney. You will be an essential part of the Sydney office and will be a key player in the marketing and management of the Rockettoria, our event space.


You will work with other members of the operation, sales and marketing teams to delight our customers and fellow Rocketeers. Responsibilities will include:

  • Advertising and promoting both the Rockettoria and events at the Rockettoria
  • Running events at the Rockettoria, this may require some work outside of business hours
  • General maintenance of the Rockettoria, including ensuring it is kept clean and stocked
  • General office administration
  • Coordination and oversight of the daily operation of the office, including IT maintenance
  • Maintaining office supplies and office environment, such as meeting rooms, IT equipment and kitchen supplies
  • Management and maintenance of the companys apartment
  • Contract management using Salesforce, including version control and data validity in our systems
  • Procurement, including managing relationships with vendors
  • Proactively partnering with the marketing and sales departments
  • Assist with on-boarding of new Rocketeers

Essential skills, knowledge and experience

You are a team player with a can-do attitude, capable of working well in a team environment. Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum of two years experience in office administration
  • Ability to work independently and the confidence to take initiative
  • Customer-centric and love delighting customers
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed and process-oriented
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment

Desired skills and experience

  • 1-2 years experience in event planning and management
