The Role:

Undertake research and analysis of contemporary user experience/engagement models and frameworks. Utilise this information to co-design activities across the organisation to ensure that social media presence and website usability is improved.

You will be responsible for the evaluation as well as design of social media and website initiatives ultimately measuring performance via platform analytics dashboard. Assist this entity to create a new and emerging social media presence and support the implementation of digital business tools and digital literacy across the organisation.

About you:

Knowledge and understanding of user engagement methodology and digital frameworks
Be proficient in website management and analytics
A sound knowledge and experience working with internal communication as well as social media
Previous experience working in the public sector is highly regarded
Experience working in communications, marketing or media
