About the role
As a Personal Banker, you will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers by educating customers on easy ways to bank. Provide a full range of professional sales expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. Actively seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-
- Customer driven and sales oriented
- Proactive, shows initiative
- Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail and/or sales experience
- Active user and promoter of technology
- Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Tier 2 Accreditation

Roster hours are:
Monday – 12pm to 4pm = 4 hours
Wednesday – 1pm to 4pm = 3 hours
Thursday – 11am to 4pm = 5 hours
Friday – 1:15pm to 5:15pm = 4 hours
Saturday – 9:15am to 1:15pm = 4 hours
