Procurement Administrator required to join one of the world's largest real estate services firms. Initial 4-5 month contract with possible extension.
Supporting a wide variety of procurement activities across facilities management, you will also provide key support to the Procurement Specialists in an administrative capacity.
Work alongside team members to coordinate the administration of all procurement exercises related to facilities management.
Delivering a first class service (whether directly or indirectly) to your client base
Placing POs, coordinating contracts, evaluation responses etc. will be a key part of your role
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Administrator, preferably within a Federal Government or Faculties Management environment
Analytical ability and skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines
Exceptional time management skills
