Core Duties

You will oversee the manufacturing of all analysers, including:

Be responsible for the production schedule and delivery of equipment
Ensuring the equipment is built and delivered on schedule
Quality Assurance (QA) is completed for equipment prior to shipping
As the position is hands on, you will need to actively partake in undertaking builds, packing and shipping in the workshop
Ensure the workshop is well organised and kept in a clean and tidy manner
Oversee the workshop staff and train and assist when required
Conduct weekly manufacturing meetings with the manager of RTI ensuring production schedules are updated and maintained
Ensure all workshop staff adheres to the company workplace health & safety policy
Put systems in place to streamline/improve manufacturing procedures
On rare occasions you may be required to work overtime or weekends in order to complete a production schedule or coordinate for your workshop employees to undertake this work.
