About the Role

As Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from initial scoping to completion in a timely and cost effective manner. You will work closely with a Contract Administrator and a Site Supervisor to ensure expectations are communicated and met by all parties.

Duties

– Scope and oversee construction projects
– Assess, negotiate and oversee execution of contracts
– Budget management and review
– Identify and actively manage all key stakeholders
– Analyse, manage and mitigate risk

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

– 10+ years construction industry experience
– Advanced knowledge of construction management process
– High level experience in contract negotiations
– Proficient in relevant computer software (JobPac, MS Project, Excel)
– Updated knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
