CBRE Residential Projects is Sydney’s leading project marketing business and we are looking to hire Real Estate Sales Executives to join our extremely successful team. We are selling Sydney’s most sought after new apartment developments, with professional marketing, generous leads provided and the opportunity to make high volume sales.
We are looking for motivated, passionate sales professionals who are looking for a successful career in Real Estate. The successful candidates will be proactive and have the ability to build rapport with people at all levels. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Promptly contacting leads provided to maximise appointments and sales
  • Managing and qualifying client enquires
  • Maintaining and growing your client database
  • Attend displays and open for inspections
  • Keep up to date with product and market knowledge
  • Facilitate sales process and attend all sales meetings
The successful candidates will require:
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be currently undertaking)
  • A car and hold a current drivers licence
  • Experience in real estate sales or related industries e.g. property management, financial services, mortgage broking, sales or engineering
  • Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday
  • Ability to speak Mandarin an advantage.
