Safeworking Solutions is looking for a locally-based, resilient person with a flexible attitude to join their team in a reception /administration role based in their Croydon office.

This role will have you working across most administration functions of the business, including but not limited to:

Meet and greet of clients, customers and in-field staff
Managing the flow of incoming calls to staff
Collating and preparing weekly payroll information
Assisting with payroll data entry
Collating and filing accounts receivables
Reconciling weekly work dockets
Coordinating staff mail-outs
Maintaining employee files
Monitoring and ordering office stationery and amenities
As well as ad hoc requirements from our Administration Manager.

Ideally you will have the following:

Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Experience in a reception-based role
Exposure to accounts payable and receivable functions
Exposure to payroll functions
Exposure to MYOB
Down-to-earth personality and a sense of humour
Flexible attitude to duties within your day.
