Primary Objective of the Role:

As the Receptionist/Admin person you will be responsible for the overall management of front reception and administration support for sales and the property management team. 

Duties

Creating, entering and making any changes to new listings 
Contracts and data entry
Entering of receipts for the office
Daily banking
Letters for solicitors and appraisal letters
Advertising in newspapers
Advertising support and documentation for sales agents
Open lists on internet and internal systems
Taking rental receipts and enquiries
Answering telephone calls, internet enquires, and front desk enquiries
Incoming and outgoing mail
Brochure wall updates in reception
Entering rental notes, enquires and payments
Collection of information and documentation from new and existing tenants

To be considered for this position:

Previous experience as a receptionist, admin or customer service
a strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships;
excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
excellent time management and organizational capabilities;
a proactive approach to task management and an ability to problem-solve;
Highly Motivated
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Effective Negotiation Skills
Had used Rockend suite of real Estate products. (REST)
